Vacuum drainage unit

Vacuum unit is an integrated device assembled. It is composed of vacuum collector (vacuum tank), vacuum pump, blowdown pump and control cabinet (box). It is the core equipment of the whole vacuum system, which is related to the working efficiency and stability of the whole vacuum drainage system.

Its function is to make the vacuum collector and pipeline system produce negative pressure, and maintain the negative pressure within a set range. The vacuum pump station mainly includes:

① The vacuum collector is responsible for collecting the waste water transmitted from the sanitary wares through the vacuum pipeline;

② The vacuum pump is the power device for the system to generate and maintain vacuum;

③ The sewage pump starts to operate when the liquid level in the collector reaches the set value, and discharges the sewage from the collector and sends it to the designated place;

④ The control panel controls the automatic operation of each power machine in the system.

The VACs series vacuum unit of Juchuan adopts a vacuum system with a vacuum tank body. Compared with the vacuum unit without a vacuum tank, the system has the advantages of long suction distance, large displacement, fault tolerance and not easy to block.

VACs series vacuum unit adopts double vacuum pump set, double sewage pump set, one for standby and one for use. The control system adopts Siemens PLC control system, with automatic operation of equipment, circuit overload, short circuit protection and automatic fault alarm functions. The control system can be remotely monitored through the Internet of things, and real-time view of equipment status through computers, mobile phones and tablets, so as to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance management and protection.
